Dose of Brows Referral Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Dose of Brows (“Company”) and the participating affiliate (“Affiliate”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

1. Introduction The Company desires to provide the Affiliate with the opportunity to earn rewards by referring new clients to the Company’s services under the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Referral Program Terms 

• Eligibility: This program is available to all clients who are in good standing with the Company.
• Referral Reward: The Affiliate shall be eligible to receive up to $150 Visa/Mastercard gift card for each new client referred to the Company who books and pays in full for a regular-priced service of $550+ (“Qualified Referral”) starting January 10, 2024.
• Limited Time Offer: This referral program is available for a limited time and may be terminated by the Company at its discretion.
• New Clients Only: Only new clients who have never previously booked a service with the Company will be considered Qualified Referrals.
• Payment in Full: The reward is contingent upon the referred client paying for their service in full at the time of booking.
• No Refunds or Chargebacks: The referral reward will only be provided if the referred client does not request a refund or initiate a chargeback.
• Reward Distribution: Rewards will be distributed to the Affiliate upon the completion of the service by the new client.
• Void Where Prohibited: This program is void where prohibited by law.

3. Limitations

• Program Duration: The program is valid until Jan 31, 2024, after which the agreement is subject to review and renewal at the Company’s discretion.
• Non-Transferable: Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
• Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and the program is void where such compliance is not met.
• Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program if the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that the Affiliate has violated the terms of this Agreement.

4. Acceptance

By participating in the Dose of Brows Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to and accepts the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
